My faith, my family, and my friends inspire me. Doing something everyday that makes others smile and feel better about themselves inspires me. I have been a stylist for seven years. After marring my awesome husband we moved to London. After spending a year away from the United Stated we moved to Destin where we decided to start our family. I have been blessed to work among wonderful stylists who value there talent and the responsibility that comes along with that. My dear friend Wendy and I opened Pure & Couture to create a salon that is chic, professional,and progressive. I support her dreams as well as I do of our whole team at the salon. The passion and energy for my career and guests keeps me creative. I want every client to enjoy experience; whether it's trying something new or just feeling comfortable knowing they are going to receive consistancy every time in the salon. Making brides beautiful on their big day is so special to me. The relationships I have made allows me the opportunity to educate others. Furthering my education with Paul Mitchell is an amazing journey that I am blessed to be embarking on currently. Giving back, inspires me. I love being a part of this community and making it a better place for us to live, work and play.

My philosophy in life is God first, family second and career third. My career has involved everything from drawing, painting, fashion and especially hair. My passion for fashion has always been a desire that I yern to breathe and work with every day. Hair has led me down so many paths that continue to bless my life more everyday. Now owning Pure & Couture with my dear friend and sis-at-heart, Adrianne.

First of all, I guess I should let you know that I'm obssessed with hair! It has always come easily to me. I understand it and have a natural feel for it. I love to bring the very best out of people and I'm extremely passionate about that. I don't want anyone walking out unhappy with their hair. I'm a perfectionist, so everyone will get the very best from me.
Tabatha Coffey is one of my favorite stylists to get inspiration from. I love her honest, tell it how it is, style, and her dedication to achieving excellence in hair design and education. The sky is the limit for me.
My specialties are in color correction, up-hair and make-up application. I speciallize in color of all shades, but I couldn't do it without my Aveda hair color! I love how shinny and fresh it leaves the hair. It is infused with conditioning plant oils which leaves the hair essentially damage free. I've been blessed with the opportunity to do VIP hair and makeup for magazines, music videos, and fashion shows. This gives me the chance to express my creativity outside the salon.
INSPIRATION- I love Jennifer Aniston's hair. (I mean, who doesn't) I always keep tabs on her seemingly effortless look. I also love Marissa Alessandro, the Victoria Secret model. Her blonde is always spot on. In the summer she has a perfect beachy blonde and in the winter she warms it up with some great low-lights. The rock star in me can't help but notice how awesome Rihanna's cuts are. Her look is so bold and brave, and that's just sexy.

Like most people here, I call myself a native, but was transplanted here via the Air Force. I'm a proud Air Force "brat". I moved to the Gulf Coast in 1996 and graduated from Niceville High School in 2003. After graduation, I moved to Penscaola to persue my dream of becoming a Master Hair Stylist. After training with Aveda for a year, I moved to Mobile, Alabama where I completed classes in Precision Cutting and Master Color. After being in Mobile for a few years, home was beckoning me back. I relocated back to the beach and worked at Hair Magic Salon. I'm thrilled to be a new stylist in Destin at Pure & Couture!
